Introduction

At Vortex Ranker, we strive to provide exceptional local SEO services for Google Maps and Google My Business. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

Refund Conditions

Refunds Within 24 Hours of Payment:

  1. If you request a refund within 24 hours of making your payment, you are not eligible for a full refund. This is because our service typically starts within 24 hours of receiving payment and access to your Google My Business profile.
  2. If you have accidentally made a payment then contact us immediately to see if it is still possible to provide you with a refund. Please not if work has already started then a refund is no longer an option by this point.

Service Cancellation After the First Month:

  1. If you wish to discontinue our services after the initial month or any subsequent month, you must provide notice at least seven days before the end of the current service month.
  2. For example, if your service month ends on the thirty-first, you must notify us by the twenty-fourth to avoid being charged for the next month.

Refund Amount and Fees

Please note that the refunded amount may be less than the amount you initially paid due to transaction fees, taxes, and processing fees. Typically, there will be a $10 to $20 decrease in the refund amount to cover these costs.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel Service

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after the initial 24-hour period will not be honored, as our work on your project would have already commenced.
  • Failure to provide the required seven days’ notice for service cancellation will result in charges for the subsequent month.
